WRA’ is looking for an experienced Environmental Planner to prepare CEQA and NEPA documents for a diverse mix of clients and project types. The Environmental Planner in this role will work closely with, and under the direction of a Senior Environmental Planner and/or a supervisor and other environmental planning staff. As an integral part of our team, the Environmental Planner in this role will participate in diversifying our client base and actively seeking new opportunities to build our planning practice. The Environmental Planner will collaborate with a Senior Environmental Planner and/or supervisor in the creation and execution of a strategic plan, propelling the growth of our team in both scale and services. Pay: $100,000 – $130,000/year
Location: Flexible: within the state of California with a strong preference near any of WRA’s northern California offices (San Rafael, Emeryville, or Petaluma). In this role you have the option to work in person, fully remote (within California), or in a hybrid capacity. Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, public hearings, etc.
