As the Climate Action Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Town Managers of Fairfax and San Anselmo to organize, manage, and implement GHG emission reduction goals and climate change adaptation plans. This role requires a combination of expertise in climate action and local policy to collaborate with Town Departments, set Climate Action Plan Implementation goals, research and recommend measures to further climate commitments and develop programs to engage the community in climate actions. Additionally, you will identify grant opportunities and foster partnerships to support ongoing climate initiatives. This is a full-time position split equally between Fairfax and San Anselmo.
