Point Blue is seeking an inspiring and strategic leader to guide our mission at the intersection of science and conservation. Working with staff and board, the CEO develops, guides, secures, and communicates Point Blue’s mission, activities, and results. The CEO is the face and voice of the organization—a trusted and visionary leader working with diverse constituents in varied program locations in service of our shared planet. The ideal candidate is a master organizational leader, preferably with experience in conservation science or a related field, and brings a history of values-based leadership, strong fundraising and relationship skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational, political, and financial environments.
Pay: $210,000–$240,000/year + benefits
