This program provides funding to help fill local, regional, and tribal planning needs, provides communities the resources to identify climate resilience priorities, and supports the development of a pipeline of climate resilient infrastructure projects across the state.
Prospective applicants may apply for Adaptation Planning Grant Program (APGP) Round 1 funding in a two phase process. APGP staff incorporated into the Round 1 funding Guidelines feedback stakeholders gave during public listening sessions, focus groups, and key informant interviews throughout 2022. In the first phase, one representative from each project team must fill out the Request for Full Application – APGP Intent Survey to indicate their intent to apply and gain access to an individualized SharePoint folder. Completed Surveys will be accepted through March 31, 2023. Second, after completing the Intent Survey, applicants will be asked to complete a full application.
