TWP is currently hiring for our Workforce Development Program Manager position to lead their young adult internship and apprentice programs, and support workforce development pathways at The Watershed Project. Key responsibilities include:
• Mentoring and supervising youth and young adult interns
• Coordinating training, professional development, and career exploration opportunities
• Supporting restoration projects, volunteer events, and community partnerships
• Managing program logistics, scheduling, and reporting
Candidates with bilingual English-Spanish skills and experience working in Richmond, San Pablo, Oakland, or similar communities are especially encouraged to apply. Applications received by June 19 will receive priority review.
Pay: $65,000-68,000/year + benefits
