The Senior Manager for Climate Equity and Community Engagement is a key BCDC leadership role, reporting to the Planning Director. This position manages the Environmental Justice and Community Engagement Unit and serves as the agency’s lead for environmental justice and social equity. The role advances equitable climate adaptation through policy, planning, and partnerships, building relationships with underserved communities, integrating their priorities, and leading internal equity initiatives. They also serve as the BCDC Tribal Liaison.
Pay: 7,872.00 – $9,781.00/month + benefits
