The Engagement Operations Coordinator helps BCI’s growing Engagement Team operate effectively, respond thoughtfully to external audiences, and move important priorities from idea to execution. Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer (CEngO), this role manages a mix of operational, project-based, and public-facing work. The Coordinator will take ownership of defined projects, bring structure to emerging priorities, coordinate across teams, and help improve the systems and processes that support the Engagement Team. The role will also strengthen BCI’s public responsiveness, support engagement and earned-revenue opportunities related to Bracken Cave Preserve, coordinate major conferences and events, and provide operational and project support to the CEngO.
Pay: $60,000 – $68,000/year + benefits
