The Conservation Fund (TCF) is seeking a California State Director to lead TCF’s conservation programs in the state, predominantly conservation real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and fundraising for project completion and operations. The Director develops and manages partner relationships with state, local, and federal conservation agencies and with public and private funders to support this work. They play a central role in connecting California’s vital work with TCF’s national approach, ensuring broad reach at scale for its mission-driven impact. Interviews are expected to begin in mid-September 2025.
Pay: $170,000–$190,000/year + benefits
Location: CA based/Remote, with occasional travel across the state
