LandPaths is seeking a creative and energetic individual passionate about connecting communities to the land. This Education Field Specialist role focuses on implementing youth programs such as “In Our Own BackYard” and “Inspired Forward” for students of all ages. You will manage day-to-day field operations, including seasonal camps held throughout the year. The ideal candidate is committed to equity in nature access and excels at building collaborative relationships with teachers, families, and staff. Beyond teaching curriculum, you will lead nature-based activities, play, and exploration to inspire youth.
Pay: $23.84/hour + benefits
