CompassPoint is entering a new era, actively evolving our practice and programs to meet the needs of these tumultuous and transformative times in the fight for liberation. We have recently shifted into a smaller team of 4-5 full-time staff members and 6-8 part-time staff members. This is an opportunity to join our small team at the beginning of our next chapter. In the years ahead, we will deepen our commitment to pro-Black capacity-building and movement operations, with a focus on BIPOC leaders. The expected start date for this position is early-mid September 2026.
Pay: $100,000/ year + benefits
