The Transactions Director or Program Manager is a key role that directly advances land conservation in Solano County by guiding landowners, many from multi-generational farming and ranching families, through the process of permanently protecting their land to protect its agricultural or habitat qualities. This is an opportunity to lead and enhance Solano Land Trust’s agricultural conservation program in ways that extend beyond transactions. They report directly to the Chief Program Officer and will supervise and support the Transactions Project Manager and GIS/Conservation Easement Monitoring Specialist.
This position is open at two levels — Director or Program Manager — and will be filled based on the selected candidate’s depth of experience, leadership background, and demonstrated expertise in land transactions.
Pay: Director level is $91,800–$108,000, and for the Program Manager level, $81,000–$97,200
