Working with a team of 50 staff, this position provides vital administrative and systems support across Human Resources, IT, Operations, and Programs. The Operations & Systems Coordinator supports the people, programs, and processes that make collaborative land stewardship possible while also helping create and improve systems that strengthen the organization’s effectiveness and resilience into the future. Desired start date: March 2, 2026.
