EcoStewards Conservation Technician

The Contra Costa Resource Conservation District (CCRCD) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with excellent qualifications for the EcoStewards Program at CCRCD. The EcoStewards Program provides maintenance and monitoring on RCD and partner conservation projects throughout Contra Costa county. This is a primarily field-based position. Employees are expected to enthusiastically support CCRCD’s public service mission to deliver conservation and stewardship of the natural resources in our county while representing CCRCD at public events, meetings, and functions. The ideal candidate is a team player with a diverse and flexible skill set who demonstrates integrity, high standards, and a personal commitment to enduring conservation results. First review of applications on April 15, rolling basis after that.
Pay: $19-22/hr at or near full time (32-40 hours per week)
Location: Concord, CA/Hybrid, expected travel throughout East Bay area
