The Coordinator, Volunteer Programs position serves as a primary liaison between the community and our interagency volunteer programs, providing the first point of contact for potential volunteers. This is primarily an office-based position providing administrative and operational support for our parkwide volunteer programs, focused on the coordination of regularly scheduled weekly volunteer programs, group service projects, and annual community volunteer events. Occasionally, there will be field based work to assist with leading volunteer projects. This position works closely and collaboratively with program management staff across the Parks Conservancy, National Park Service, and The Presidio Trust. A competitive candidate will be someone who has some program coordination or office administration experience, maintains positive and collaborative working relationships, and is excited to engage our local communities in the parks.
Pay: $27.50/hour; pay grade 12.
