The Climate Adaptation Planner for the San Francisco Estuary Partnership will work as part of the Climate Resilience Team. They will work on a range of projects focused on nature-based solutions (NBS) and community engagement. The Climate Adaptation Planner will help to champion a range of NBS project types, including horizontal levees, ecotone levees and green stormwater infrastructure. They will be a key partner on a slate of on-the-ground projects around the San Francisco Estuary. This will include providing technical assistance to local partners, leading community engagement efforts and project management for grants, including reporting, contract management and tracking grant outcomes. Finally, the Climate Adaptation Planner will directly collaborate with local educators and leaders to understand and integrate community and Tribal perspectives with a strong equity focus.

Pay Range: $105,092.00 – $153,663.12 Annually
