OEI is seeking Qualified Biologists and Construction Monitors for construction monitoring on a pier reconstruction project in Benicia, CA. Duties include biological compliance monitoring during construction work on, over, or near water, preparing daily compliance reports, and recording data in the field. Successful candidates should have a minimum of five years of combined academic and professional experience in biological sciences and related resources management activities. Preference will be given to those with experience surveying fish and other marine species and habitats. Work will begin in July 2023 and will continue through April 1, 2024, depending on project completion.
Pay: $35-50/hour
