||The Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB) has funding for grants specific to Ecosystem Restoration on Agricultural Lands (ERAL). Under Proposition 84 the WCB received $5 million dollars to "Assist Farmers in Integrating Agricultural Activities with Ecosystem Restoration and Wildlife Protection. Eligible funding applicants include agricultural and conservation related non-profit groups, along with public entities involved in working with private agricultural land owners. The types of projects to be funded are restoration and enhancement projects that provide long-term, durable habitat benefits to wildlife on working agricultural lands, with a special focus on private farms. Additional information regarding how to apply for these funds, including project selection and time-lines are available on the WCB's website. Applications will be accepted on a year-round basis. The WCB meets four times each year, normally in February, May, August and November to consider approval of funding for projects, grants received on a continuous basis.
